Purchase conditions for Scandiface Skinboosting LED Mask
Welcome to Scandiface! Below you will find our full terms and conditions that apply to all purchases of Scandiface Skinboosting LED Mask via our website.
1. General
Scandiface is a Swedish brand owned and operated by LOA New AB. By shopping through our website you agree to our terms and conditions. To make a purchase you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including 25% VAT.
We offer the following payment methods:

Payment is made securely via our payment service provider.
3. Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery is via PostNord Postpaket within 2–4 working days from the time the order is confirmed.
4. Try it at home for 30 days
You have the right to try your Scandiface LED mask at home for 30 days from the date you receive the product. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product according to our return policy (see section 6).
5. Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on the Scandiface Skinboosting LED Mask from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by misuse, accident or normal wear and tear.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
If you want to return the product within 30 days:

Please contact customer service at service@scandiface.se before returning the item.

The product must be in OK condition and not have abnormal wear and be returned with all accessories and its white box.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is set at 99 SEK .

Returns are made using a traceable shipping method.
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee means you have the right to try the mask if you like it and return it without questions if not. The condition must be acceptable.
If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.
7. Complaints
In the event of a defect in the product that is covered by warranty or the Consumer Purchase Act, contact us at service@scandiface.se with a description of the defect and a picture or video if necessary.
8. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. For full information, see our privacy policy.
9. Dispute
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (ARN). You can also use the EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
