Place the mask on clean skin. You can either apply a serum beforehand or use it on dry skin. Turn on the mask, select your desired light mode, and use it for 10 minutes, 3–5 times per week for best results. Then continue with your regular skincare routine.

This is how you do it

We recommend 3-5 treatments per week of 10 minutes for best results. Use on cleansed skin with or without serum.

Make sure your controller is charged and connect it to the mask, adjust the mask straps so that it fits comfortably. Select the light program and time on the controller.
Use the mask while you do other things. It turns off automatically when the program is finished.
